Neckline Slimmer

Six years ago I did not have a problem with this double chin that I hate. I got married, settled down and had two kids who are my life but after pregnancy I gained some weight in unwanted places, like my face, neck, arms and stomach. Not so good. I work out a lot but this does not seem to help my double chin and stomach much.

I ordered the product on Amazon and used it consistently even when checks for results proved futile. All the while I kept thinking another product to toss into my worthless product bin. Until one day my husband, my clueless, never notice anything husband took nitice and asked if I was loosing weight. Whattttt???????  Oh yeah, that stupid little plastic thingy was really doing the job. Only I was to busy complaining that I did not notice.

With small visible results I kept at it and after about four weeks I can see clearly now. My jawline and cheek muscles are clearly more defined I can actually see some structure returning to my face.

People, if you purchase the Neckline Slimmer do not expect instant results because it just won’t happen. Stick with it, use it the way it was recommended if you need visual instructions check out youtube. If you’re consistent you will see results.

Fogless Shower Mirror

Its always good when you purchase a product that does exactly what it says it will do. Its rare but when you do find one, you just have to shout about it. I am not just talking about inexpensive products either. I never skimp on costs for beauty products, I like to look good and looking good comes with a price sometimes. fogless-shower-mirror

So whenever I purchase  products I expect them to meet my expectations and their claims. Sometimes it is like playing hit or miss. Not so with the Fogless Shower Mirror from ToiletTree Products. Of all the products that I have reviewed this is probably the only product that meets my expectation one hundred percent.

Its rather simple really, a mirror that will stay on the bathroom walls and not fog up. How can anyone mess that up? Turns out a few manufacturers missed the calling. After reading the rave reviews on the Fogless Shower Mirror from ToiletTree I decided it was a must have. I needed to keep my husband messing up my sinks and leaving puddles on the floor going back and forth from the shower to the bathroom sink.

Oh yes, he stays in the shower and completes his shave. He is happy, I am happy and my sinks are clean.

Just so you know, installing the mirror is easy as can be and once installed there is no way it going to fall off. Note: you must follow the instructions correctly or else it won’t stick to the wall as it should.

I just love it and so I give it my rare full five stars!!!!!

Conair MDF2R Facial Sauna

I don’t know about you but there are some beauty tools that I can let go and accept average. There are times I buy cheap in order to pay more in other areas. Purchasing a Conair MDF2R Facial Sauna is one area I made some allowances.conair-facial-sauna

I needed something that I could use to take the occasional steam and I did not want to spend a lot of money. This sauna gets the job done as best as an $18.00 steamer can. I see several people complain that there is not enough steam and yet others complained that it got too hot???

My approach was not to expect too much since I paid less than $20 for it but I was pleasantly surprised that it does exactly what I expect it to do. Did I need to make compromises? Sure I did. For instance, in order to get the most out of the steamer I cover my head with a towel and move my face back a little when I feel that I have had enough steam.

Conair even had the foresight to include a microderm brush that is just dynamite that comes with two speed settings and goes in two directions.

Bottom line, if you need to take facial steams and don’t want to spend a lot then this is the product for you. For less than $20 I cannot complain. If you are looking to get spa quality facials at home then I recommend that you purchase the more expensive brands.

As far as other reviews go I read that this sauna is great for sinus pressure, I have not had to use mine for this purpose so far.

Sigma Brushes

Do you understand how important it is to have a good set of makeup brushes? I am sure you do but have you gone out and purchased one? I’ll be honest, I am a sucker for beautiful makeup but it makes no sense buying good makeup without having good brushes to put it on.sigma-brushes

A very close friend gifted me with a Sigma Makeup Brush Set on my birthday and frankly I did not immediately try them. I have been slowly building my M.A.C  collection and would not have considered anything else. I saw a few ladies on a forum swear by these brushes, they even claimed that they were better than M.A.C. This motivated me to take a second look at my birthday gift.

Pay dirt! Sigma sure outdid themselves with this set. I can see these flying off the shelves, especially with the holiday season around the corner. This is a perfect gift for any makeup junkie or just someone who wears light makeup.

Floxite Mirrors: Great Option For Magnification Without Glasses

The 15x Floxite Magnification wonder lets you see the tiniest detail even without your glasses. You will either love it or hate it if you don’t want to take a extreme close up look at yourself. This mirror will reveal the tiniest pore and if you have anything stuck in those pores it will reveal that too!

This was my first time purchasing a mirror for extra magnification, sadly, my eyes are no longer what they used to be. After much research, I selected this floxite mirror. Here are my thoughts:

Somehow, before the mirror arrived I envisioned a larger mirror. Since my initial surprise about the size I have got used to it and now I don’t fuss about it so much. Actually, the size is perfect for travel and  its great that I can fold the mirror and take it with me when I do travel. So this is another feature that I love.

This Floxite mirror has three light settings and it comes with a built in diffuser. I guess at some point I will have to replace the bulbs. I have been using the mirror for almost 1 year and so far so good.

All in all, I think this is a great buy if you plan to do things like tweeze your eyebrows, remove facial hair, apply makeup or fit contact lenses. After you have tried this you will wonder how you ever survived without it, I know I did.
